The new products launched this time cover three core series, all made of US-origin AISI 52100 chrome steel, strictly following the requirements of American standard systems such as ANSI and ASTM. The inner diameter tolerance of radial bearings is controlled between ±0.002 inches and ±0.008 inches, and the basic rated life L10 is not less than 5000 hours, ensuring stable performance of the products under harsh working conditions. Among them, the 7206 series angular contact bearings with P6 precision grade are suitable for high-speed rotating equipment such as machine tool spindles and gearboxes, with a maximum speed of 5000r/min, filling the gap of USMA in the mid-to-high-end precision bearing segment; the 580/572 series tapered roller bearings are specially designed for heavy-duty truck wheel hubs, adopting a single-row structure and open sealing, suitable for heavy-load scenarios such as construction machinery and mining equipment, and have attracted the attention of many North American heavy machinery manufacturers with their excellent load-bearing performance; the 6200/6300 series deep groove ball bearings have optimized sealing structure, launching 2RS sealed configuration, reducing noise by 15% and extending service life by 30% compared with the previous generation products, widely used in general machinery such as motors and pumps.
